What am I watching/watched recently?

Watched Frankenstein on Netflix. Gloriously gothic. I have never read the book but the movie made me realise what I missed reading. The movie is a marvel - and heartbreaking with Jacob Elordi's raw performance. It left me thinking for a while about how different the story could have been if Victor created a companion for him.

New thing I learnt lately?

Rafflesia is the world’s largest and smelliest flower. What I found most exciting is the fact that most Rafflesia flowers are either male or female. So, two plants with flowers of the opposite sex must bloom at the same time and within one mile of each other to successfully reproduce with the help of the flies. It is sad that this plant is flagged as being at the risk of extinction.
