Find a quiet place to sit. 

Get comfortable.

Pour yourself a cup of coffee.

Feel the discomfort settle in.

Let that blank paper stare 

Into your soul.

You still don’t have any words, do you?

Look at the first thing that catches your eye.

Write something about it.

Write anything about it.

Read it.

Didn't like it?

Make a crumble of that paper. 

Toss it in the dustbin.

Keep at it!
